Full-time opportunity in Hunt Valley, Maryland
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts); no weekends

In your day-to-day, you will:
Welcome clients and patients while providing exceptional customer service from check-in through discharge.
Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and assisting clients with questions and requests.
Coordinate communication between clients, referring veterinarians, and the clinical team.
Maintain accurate client and patient records using hospital software systems.
Process client transactions and assist with administrative responsibilities that support daily hospital operations.
Provide compassionate support to clients during emotionally challenging situations.
Work efficiently and independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced specialty environment.
Learn and utilize hospital software systems, including EzyVet and SmartFlow, as needed.
Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.
What You Bring
Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Previous veterinary industry experience preferred.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Experience managing multi-line phone systems.
Experience with EzyVet and SmartFlow is a plus.
