What You'll Do:

Get hands-on with metal recycling: Sort and screen scrap materials with precision, separating unsuitable items by hand or using heavy-duty equipment like forklifts and skid loaders.
Master the art of production: Crush, bale, and package materials, ensuring everything is ready for shipping.
Keep it flowing: Operate various equipment to maintain a consistent workflow while keeping your work area clean and organized.
Be your own boss: Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your problem-solving and mechanical skills.

What You Bring to the Team:

At least 1 year of experience with equipment like skid-loaders, forklifts, or production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
A keen attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
A safety-first mindset -because we care about you and the team.
The physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and handle various tasks that involve standing, walking, and even the occasional crawl!
