As an Asphalt Plant Laborer at our plant in Idaho Falls, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our operation safe, reliable, and productive. From troubleshooting equipment to preventative maintenance and repairs, you'll work with a team where your mechanical skills make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and service production machinery.
• Replace and adjust machine wear parts.
• Perform light fabrication, repairs, and other plant maintenance.
• Maintain tools and equipment needed to get the job done.
• Keep the plant clean, organized, and safe.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic experience is a plus.
• Safety-focused with a strong safety record.
• Comfortable using pneumatic and hand tools.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical repair, or forklift experience is helpful.
• Good communication skills.
