CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Primary responsibility of this position is to operate CNC machines as well as EDM Machines to produce parts for aerospace, automotive or military purposes. Job Duties:• Using hand gauges (calipers and micrometers) to ensure quality product• Utilizing CNC (grinders, lathes and EDM) machines to product metals parts for aerospace, automotive and military purposesSkills and Qualifications:• Ability to work independently or in a group setting• Effective listening skills• A positive and willing to learn attitude • Time management• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Machining experience preferred but not required• Efficient verbal and written communication skills• Ability to stand for 8+ hours throughout a shiftBenefits once hired in!• Medical and Dental insurance• Group life and Short-Term disability insurance • Additional voluntary coverage such as: vision, additional life, short term disability, accidental and critical illness/events • IRA with 3% match• Tuition Reimbursement • Uniforms• Annual reviews with raises*This is a drug-free workplace.
