Rainier Scholars seeks an exceptional Executive Director committed to educational equity to lead the organization into its third decade. Working with the Board of Trustees, the ED will set strategy, oversee staff and programs, grow revenue, and advance recruitment and retention of scholars of color. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader who builds high-performing teams, cultivates donors, and represents Rainier Scholars in public forums to advance access to top-tier colleges for #J-18808-Ljbffr Rainier Scholars
