Supplier Quality Engineer

Working remotely, the full-time Supplier Quality Engineer II will negotiate, review, and approve Quality Agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality system requirements and operational responsibilities. Key responsibilities Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services while monitoring parts through the manufacturing cycle Qualify suppliers according to company standards and develop an auditing schedule to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) Provide technical guidance and quality compliance throughout the New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant quality experience or a Master's degree with no relevant experience Prior knowledge of ISO13485 standards Experience negotiating and finalizing Quality Agreements with external suppliers Strong knowledge of supplier quality requirements and applicable regulations Ability to interpret quality system requirements and translate them into contractual obligations
