About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of AI and Machine Learning Engineering to lead a dynamic team in the development of AI-powered products with a focus on rapid, production-ready solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the engineering process, from concept to deployment, and must be capable of delivering high-quality, scalable systems in a short time frame. The role is not research-oriented; instead, it demands a hands-on approach to engineering, with an emphasis on practical application and real-world impact. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of AI and Machine Learning Engineering include overseeing the development of enterprise chatbots, agent frameworks, text-to-code applications, and natural language interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and ML engineering, a deep understanding of LLMs and foundation models, and experience in building applications with LLM APIs. Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems is essential, as is a solid foundation in software engineering and system design. The role requires the ability to work autonomously, deliver end-to-end solutions, and a background in NLP, computer vision, or advanced AI research is highly valued.
