Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one‑on‑one rehabilitation services across assisted living settings in Greendale and Waukesha, with Racine coverage as assigned. Available employment options: Full-Time or Part-Time EMR: Net Health Responsibilities Provide treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Follow treatment plans addressing ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety. Monitor residents' responses and report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment. Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team. Qualifications Active and current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
