- Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical and cognitive impairments.
- Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and interventions, under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient-centered care plans.

- Currently certified as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in occupational therapy or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
