In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

In-Home Sales & Tech Support This part‑time, local in‑home field role requires daily travel to customer residences. You will work primarily in the afternoons and evenings, with a standard 5‑day schedule from 4:05PM to 9:00PM, though a flexible 4+ day schedule may also be available. About the Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage customers using the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. You will receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to build communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills while gaining hands‑on sales experience. Responsibilities Serve: Meet customers in‑home or at agreed locations, pre‑schedule appointments, provide exceptional customer service and work to surpass sales targets. Solve: Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues, impart understandable solutions, and ensure they leave satisfied with resolved service and the product that meets future needs. Sell: Leverage Asurion’s product range, actively listen to customer requirements, position tailored solutions, and use strong negotiation skills to close sales. Qualifications Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets. Valid driver’s license and at least one year of satisfactory driving record. Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan). Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) with the ability to travel up to 120miles one‑way. Personal cellphone for job communications. Comfortable working around household pets, in evenings, weekends, and holidays. Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills. Outgoing personality who thrives in human interaction and is eager to learn. Benefits Base hourly rate of $27.58, guaranteed for all hours worked. Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
