Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial/Wholesale Fuel Services team at our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams—including Accounting and IT—to resolve customer issues, while also supporting field sales and area supervisors so they can stay focused on growth. Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot site maintenance issues via phone and email; escalate as needed Visit customer sites to build relationships and drive brand awareness Process wet hosing billing using the PDI card processing module Set up customer accounts in PDI once credit is approved Issue new fuel cards and respond to card-related inquiries Manage cases in real time using Salesforce Utilize Microsoft Office for daily tasks and documentation Provide general support to the customer service team and leadership Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Office Administration OR any equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel Data entry experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in Retail, Fuel Services, Fuel Transport, or Fleet Payment Card industries Background in Commercial/Wholesale operations Experience in franchise or driver support operations Experience with sales support or maintenance dispatch Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms About Us Tri Star Energy is a growing, local, family-owned company based in Nashville, TN with nearly two thousand employees and 150+ locations.
