Contract | Days/Nights Rotating (3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide certified surgical tech support within a Labor & Delivery setting, applying OB-specific clinical knowledge and skills
• Rotate between day shifts (7:00–19:00) and night shifts (19:00–7:00) on a 6-week rotating schedule, subject to change based on staffing needs
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed per facility policy
• Complete specialty-specific orientation modules as required during onboarding
• Maintain NBSTA certification and active Virginia state registration throughout the duration of the assignment
• Work 2 out of 3 winter holidays as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active NBSTA certification required; must be in hand prior to start
• Virginia state registration required; must be in hand by the Wednesday before the start date
• OB/Labor & Delivery experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Maximum of 40 hours of requested time off per 13-week contract; all RTO must be disclosed at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience in a surgical or OB setting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules in a fast-paced clinical environment
