Automotive DetailerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team at Monaco Ford as an Automotive Detailer. This position is full-time and requires a skilled individual who is passionate about the automotive industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new and used vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for display and resale.This is a full-time hourly position with a starting pay rate of $18 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, Monaco Ford offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.ResponsibilitiesInspecting and cleaning new and used vehicles to ensure they meet Monaco Ford's standards for display and saleWashing, drying, and detailing the exterior of vehicles, including decontamination and paint correctionVacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing the interior of vehiclesCleaning and conditioning surfaces such as leather, vinyl, and plasticPerforming minor repairs and touch-ups as needed, such as removing scratches and scuffsEnsuring all detailing equipment and supplies are properly maintained and organizedFollowing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environmentCommunicating with sales and service departments to coordinate vehicle preparation and deliveryAssisting with lot organization and vehicle display to optimize customer experienceOther duties as assigned by managementRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in automotive detailing or a related field is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesGood communication and teamwork skillsMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordMust be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screeningMonaco Ford is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
