About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead its SLED team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the potential of the West/Rockies/North Central SLED team, coaching, and enhancing sales excellence within the team. This role requires a leader with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 8 years of SLED leadership experience in software/SaaS, and a proven track record in building successful sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales process and methodology, particularly around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation, as well as a foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging or positioning AI-driven solutions. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include leading the SLED team to achieve its sales targets, fostering a culture of deep customer obsession, and demonstrating the power and agility of the company's cloud transformation. The role demands a change agent who can lead processes that scale and is well-networked to attract top-performing professionals into the organization. While not mandatory, experience with SaaS business models and enterprise security is preferred.
