Neurosurgery physician job in Montana :

We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgery NP or PA for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center.

Position Highlights

• ASAP start
• Ongoing assignment
• 7 on / 7 off schedule
• Day and night shifts available (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
• No call requirements
• No operating room coverage
• 100% inpatient practice

Responsibilities

• Manage neurosurgical inpatients
• Post-operative patient management
• Participate in rounding and admissions
• Provide care in ICU settings including neurocritical care patients
• Collaborate closely with an established team of neurosurgeons

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified NP or PA
• Strong neurosurgical experience required
• Experience with post-operative neurosurgical patients
• Neurocritical care experience required
• Trauma experience required
• Active Montana license preferred
