Job ID: 26-26779 Pay Range: Hourly Rate: $64.16 $83.41/hr (based on years of experience) Weekend Differential: $1.50/hr Sign-On Bonus: NO SIGN-ON BONUS Relocation Assistance: Case by case basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in determining oncology regimens related to autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation and blood cancer treatment
- Work with CAR T-cell and BiTE therapies
- Perform therapeutic drug monitoring
- Provide patient counseling
- Collaborate with specialty physicians and nurses
- Support the Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy program
- Rotate between outpatient Cancer Care Clinic and inpatient BMT/Oncology unit
