Facility Overview
- 1996-established, high-acuity teaching hospital
- Known for cardiovascular, thoracic, and robotic surgery programs
- Multiple consecutive Leapfrog “A” safety grades
- Part of a larger system including Sunrise Hospital & Children’s Hospital
- Key innovation site for CAR T-cell therapy and stem cell transplant programs in Nevada
Role Summary
- Hematology, oncology, and transplant pharmacotherapy
- Bone marrow transplant (autologous & allogeneic) care
- CAR T-cell and BiTE therapy management
- Clinical protocol development and order set management
- Therapeutic drug monitoring
- Patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Participation in research, quality improvement, and hospital committees
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – required
- Active Nevada Pharmacist License – required
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) – required
- PGY2 in Oncology or BMT Pharmacy Residency
OR - 5+ years clinical oncology pharmacy experience
- Prior BMT/Oncology clinic experience strongly required
Experience working under collaborative practice agreements
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $64.16 – $83.41/hour (based on experience)
- Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour
- Relocation: Case-by-case
