APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an established organization seeking a Human Resources Representative to support multiple locations. Based in Greensburg, PA, this role combines onsite employee support with remote HR coordination for additional accounts. Keep reading for more details!

What your schedule will look like:

\n
• Follow a set weekly schedule with one designated onsite day at each building in Greensburg, Murrysville, and North Huntingdon, PA.
\n
• Support an additional four to five accounts remotely.
\n
• Travel to other locations approximately once per quarter, with additional travel as needed.
\n

What your day will look like:

\n
• Respond to employee and external inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll, directing questions to the appropriate team members as needed.
\n
• Assist supervisors with performance management, including employee evaluations and disciplinary processes.
\n
• Conduct investigations and related research as needed.
\n
• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
\n
• Assist with background checks, offer letters, and required employment documentation.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, including personal information, payroll data, leave records, and turnover information.
\n
• Partner with payroll, benefits, and other departments to support employee needs and HR processes.
\n
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and seminars.
\n
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
\n
• Prepare reports on HR activities and support special projects.
\n
• Provide consistent HR support across onsite locations and remotely supported accounts.
\n
• Provide additional administrative and departmental support as assigned.
\n

What we are looking for:

\n
• Previous experience as an HR Representative or in a related human resources or administrative role; three years of experience preferred.
\n
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
\n
• Experience using HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and human resources information systems (HRIS).
\n
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing tools, resume databases, and online recruiting communities.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations.
\n
• Ability to follow a set onsite schedule and travel quarterly or as needed.
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional education in Human Resource Management is a plus.
