Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager

Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager
REQUIRED SKILLS
Please note this role is heavy Stakeholder/Calendar/Project Management, but should have someone that comes from/and knows the Marketing Environment.
8+ years of demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy and operations, business operations, analytics or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skills
Proven experiences with project management tools such as Asana
Proven expertise in driving org-wide transformational projects, strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity with minimal guidance
Strong change management background and ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across global, regional, and technical teams
Deep understanding of marketing and how its varied disciplines work together
Experience in building AI workflows that drive impact
Experience in payments, finance, fintech, or high-growth technology companies
Experience in management consulting or program management roles
