Job Title: AI Strategy & Operations Program Manager

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations / Program Manager to drive AI-native transformation initiatives within a global Design organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management, design operations, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI-focused operational programs and transformation initiatives.
Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, frameworks, and operational processes.
Partner with design leaders and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and delivery.
Drive AI adoption and identify opportunities to integrate AI into planning and operations.
Support organizational change, internal communications, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives.
Establish operational best practices and governance for scalable design operations.

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Design Operations, or related roles.
Experience developing SOPs and scalable workflow frameworks.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
Exposure to AI transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred: Experience supporting Design, Research, or Product organizations and implementing AI adoption or enablement initiatives.
