Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and responsibility for delivering high-quality construction projects.
• Serve as the primary on-site supervisor and lead all daily jobsite activities.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Oversee the complete construction process from mobilization through project completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, workmanship, and adherence to project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate required project inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage jobsite organization, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Participate in project scheduling and provide updates on project progress.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate project communication.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and project resources.

• Monitor project budgets related to labor, materials, and purchases.
• Assist with selecting and qualifying subcontractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Required Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• Proven construction superintendent experience.
• Direct fuel and gas station construction experience required.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

Note: General commercial construction experience alone (such as restaurants, retail, or similar projects) will not be considered unless the candidate has direct fuel/gas station construction experience
