Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Stepdown Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong MedSurg Stepdown experience and be capable of titrating drips and reading cardiac strips.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Stepdown setting with a focus on post-surgical thoracic and medicine patients.
• Titrate drips as per MD orders, monitor patient rhythms, and document assessments regularly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong MedSurg Stepdown experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and operate telemetry systems.
