Clinicians work within a collaborative therapy environment alongside other therapy providers. The clinic includes dedicated treatment rooms and therapy gym spaces designed to support a variety of therapeutic activities. Our schedule offers flexibility within clinic hours of 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing clinicians to maintain a consistent work schedule while supporting the needs of the families we serve. Help Children Build Safe, Successful Feeding Skills Innovative Therapy Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with interest or experience in pediatric feeding therapy to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team in Uniontown, Ohio. Work alongside OT, PT, and counseling providers in a supportive outpatient setting where clinicians are encouraged to grow their expertise and make meaningful progress with families. Job Summary Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders

• Provide speech and language therapy services as appropriate
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other providers
• Educate families on strategies to support feeding and communication at home
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

Requirements • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellowship candidates with strong feeding interest may be considered
• Interest or experience in pediatric feeding therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care
