PRN Physical Therapist & Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: McAllen, Mission & Weslaco, TX

Job Type: PRN (As Needed)

Pay:

• Physical Therapist: $70- $90 per hour
• Physical Therapist Assistant: $45–$60 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking PRN Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our outpatient clinic team in the Rio Grande Valley. This position offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to pick up consistent PRN hours while working in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist (PT):

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy in an outpatient setting
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff
• Track progress and adjust care plans as needed

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):

• Deliver treatment plans under PT supervision
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to PT

Requirements

• Current Texas license as a PT or PTA
• Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to attend paid initial training/orientation prior to starting PRN shifts
• Must have reliable transportation/ability to travel
