Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: McAllen, Mission & Weslaco, TX

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $65,000-$90,000

About the Role

We are seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic team in the Rio Grande Valley.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):

Deliver treatment plans under PT supervision
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities
Document patient progress and communicate updates to PT

Requirements

Current Texas license as a PTA
Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation/ability to travel
