Showroom Manager

About The Role As a Lovesac Store Manager, you will create a welcoming and engaging in‑store experience, help customers design our products to fit their style and space, and lead a team to provide extraordinary customer service. What You’ll Do Build and develop a high‑performing team within a people‑first culture that encourages innovation. Create and foster a respectful and inclusive environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop associates to achieve results. Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their goals using our Lovesac selling process and methods. Guide customers from first interest through to completed transaction, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining post‑purchase relationships. Model knowledge of Lovesac products, services, design features, and benefits, and effectively demonstrate and educate customers. Build long‑term relationships and brand loyalty, driving repeat business. Maintain the store’s visual appeal and brand standards to attract and engage customers. Manage store operations and tasks, including opening & closing, scheduling, inventory, point‑of‑sale transactions, marketing, promotions, and ensure adherence to company standards. Champion company policies and operational procedures to maintain consistency, safety, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation. Ensure proficiency with all company tools, systems, and in‑store technology. Analyze data to drive team behaviors that deliver against goals and key performance indicators. Drive the store P&L, applying business and financial concepts to improve profitability. Build a culture of accountability, ensuring personal and team sales goals and customer‑service standards are met. Identify, anticipate, and solve potential issues, escalating as necessary. Resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Support additional responsibilities as requested by management. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. High‑school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong technology skills for sales and customer support, including product demonstration, CRM usage, and internal systems. Ability to support Lovesac’s omni‑channel experience, working in‑person, at local stores, third‑party vendors, and remote customer service shifts. Ability to travel as required for local store visits, vendor coordination, and occasional corporate events. Excellent judgment, integrity, and ability to manage financial transactions and sensitive data. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable manner. Physical ability to lift or reposition furniture items up to 75 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, and walking.
