Here's what we need from our Auto Repair Service Advisor:1+ years of experience managing customer relationshipsAdvising experienceCustomer service and relations experienceValid driver's license and good driving recordOrganizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilitiesPositive attitude and strong communication skillsPrevious Protractor experience preferred DAY-TO-DAYAs our Auto Repair Service Advisor, you can choose from working five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts during the week - no weekends!This position revolves around customer service and team communication, and you'll coordinate with clients and service technicians to ensure seamless automotive repairs and maintenance. You'll warmly greet customers when they call or visit, learn about their automotive needs, and write up detailed service orders and invoices. If the techs identify additional work that could be done, you'll inform the customer and explain why they should approve the work.
