Highlights of what we expect from you

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed
• Assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
• Demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
• Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
• Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
• Make quick and appropriate decisions
• Take ownership and responsibility when solving problems
• Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
• Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled-on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to work
• Understand and use the approved timekeeping system, including accurately recording all hours worked
• Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members
• Actively participate in the training of Team Members
• Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution
• Fully participate in delivering a WOW experience to every guest

Are you qualified for the job?

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College or University degree preferred
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Experience: Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test
• Able to stock shelves and coolers
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of the shift
