Senior Primary Care Physician - PACE Team (Geriatrics)

Cross Country Healthcare

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary care for older adults in a PACE program, working with an interdisciplinary team to keep seniors independent at home and in the community. Requirements include MD or DO, board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics, and licensure eligibility.
