Food Microbiology Analyst — Quality & Compliance
Redwood Beverage Group
Paycom in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Microbiologist to perform microbiological analyses of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, and to monitor sanitation effectiveness. This role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. Requirements include a BS in Microbiology or Biology and 2–3 years of hands-on microbiology experience in a food or beverage lab, with proficiency in aseptic technique and membrane filtration.
