Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large teams of professionals in the construction of hyperscale data centers. Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients. Qualifications: Extensive experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center projects. Proven track record of successfully leading large teams and managing complex projects. Strong understanding of hyperscale data center construction requirements and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
