You will use your technical expertise and industry knowledge to inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.**What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?** * **Compensation & Incentives:** + Starting Salary: **$36.63-$46.80 per hour/$73,800-$94,300*** **Benefits:** + Health and wellness benefits starting Day 1 (medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts and more). + Accrue Paid Time Off immediately, plus 13 paid holidays annually (8 fixed, 5 floating). + 401(k) with up to 6% match, vested immediately. + GEICO Strive, upfront tuition assistance program (up to $5,250 annually).* **Professional Growth:** + Continuing education and hundreds of eLearning courses at no cost to our associates.* **Workplace Flexibility:** + Enjoy GEICO Flex, additional weeks annually to work off-site, meeting location and work guidelines.* **Field Territory:** + GEICO Fleet vehicle assigned and responsible for the **Fairfax/Leesburg, VA** area.**How****You’ll****Make a Difference** * **Customer Interaction:** Assess damages, estimate repair costs, and work with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.* **Problem Resolution:** Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.* **Meaningful Impact:** Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.**What****We’re****Looking For** * **Experience & Qualifications:** + Minimum 12 months of Auto Damage experience **required.** + Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. + Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines **required.** + Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits. + Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require field and in-office work. + High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.* **Core Skills:** + Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills, with excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities. + Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. + Solid computer and mechanical aptitude. + Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on them.* **Availability:** + Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.**Annual Salary**$36.63 - $57.49The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
