Location: Statesville, NC

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | Target Earnings $100,000+ annually

Schedule: Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC and plumbing comfort needs
• Recommend system solutions tailored to each home and budget
• Explain pricing and financing options clearly and professionally
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative, pressure-free sales
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate customer records
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for a smooth customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Previous in-home sales experience with proven results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Comfortable using computers and mobile technology
• Service Titan experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, basements, and climb ladders as needed
