Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC or related construction industries.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
• Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or certification in HVAC technology, sales, or a related field.
• Experience using ServiceTitan (CRM) software and sales tracking tools.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency programs and financing options available to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and manage customer relationships successfully.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations of customers' HVAC systems and environments to identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Present and explain HVAC products, services, and financing options clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
• Develop customized proposals and estimates that align with customer requirements and budget considerations.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to provide up-to-date advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
