We're looking for a Coverage Advisor who enjoys building relationships, asking great questions, and helping people protect what matters most. If you've worked in customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, call centers, or any role where you've built trust with customers, you may already have the skills to succeed here.
This isn't a job where you'll spend all day reading a script. Every conversation is different, and every customer has unique needs. Your ability to listen, educate, and recommend the right coverage can make a real difference for the families and businesses you serve.

Responsibilities- Connect with new and existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Conduct personalized coverage reviews to identify protection gaps and recommend solutions.
- Build lasting relationships that create long-term customersnot one-time sales.
- Follow up with prospects and referrals while keeping your pipeline organized.
- Work alongside a supportive team focused on growth, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Learn insurance products and stay up to date on industry changes through ongoing training.
