Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global company!Minimum Qualifications and Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.3+ years of hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD SSO — including configuration, access troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise applications.Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing API integrations, including diagnosing failures in data exchange between systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and drive data-informed decisions.Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.Familiarity with Databricks and/or Oracle environments is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Prior experience in a customer-facing or technical support environment.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with a professional demeanor under pressure.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team contributor.
