Technical Business AnalystEssential Job Functions:Provide production support for data-driven applications, including monitoring inbound/outbound data feeds, managing file schedules, and maintaining database integrity.Write and optimize SQL queries (3+ years of experience) to investigate data issues, validate results, and support analysis.Work within cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with Databricks and/or Oracle experience considered a plus.Support and troubleshoot API integrations between internal applications and third-party systems, including RESTful and/or SOAP-based services — validating payloads, diagnosing connectivity or data-mapping issues, and working with development teams to resolve integration defects.Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Single Sign-On for dealer-facing applications, including assisting with configuration and app registration, troubleshooting user login/access issues, coordinating with IAM/security and development teams on integration and token handling, and documenting SSO processes and incidents.Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, translating findings into actionable recommendations.Maintain and update business requirements documentation (BRDs), functional specs, and technical runbooks as systems evolve.Apply Agile/Scrum principles and SDLC best practices to manage enhancement requests and support tasks.Create clear, detailed technical documentation, incident reports, and status updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.Manage and track work using project/ticketing tools such as Jira.Balance independent ownership of tasks with active collaboration in a team environment.Job Summary:We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to provide production support and drive enhancements for two data-driven, dealer-facing applications. This role involves triaging incidents and change requests, analyzing data to resolve issues, writing SQL queries, supporting API integrations, and assisting with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO configuration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at translating technical issues into clear communication for both technical and business stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.3+ years of hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD SSO — including configuration, access troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise applications.Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing API integrations, including diagnosing failures in data exchange between systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and drive data-informed decisions.Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.Familiarity with Databricks and/or Oracle environments is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Prior experience in a customer-facing or technical support environment.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with a professional demeanor under pressure.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team contributor.Other Responsibilities:Participate in daily production support triage meetings and other recurring team meetings.Facilitate meetings and discussions across cross-functional and stakeholder groups, driving alignment and clear action items.
