Crew Lead - Contents Restoration/Moving

About the Role:

At CRDN of DFW, we don't just move contents, we help restore lives. As a Team Lead, you will lead a team responsible for packing, transporting, cleaning, storing, and returning customers' belongings following fire, water, or mold damage. This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team in contents restoration and moving operations.
• Ensure proper packing, inventory, and transportation of items for restoration.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.
• Document project progress and report to management regularly.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in contents restoration or moving services a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
