OSP Supervisor

We are hiring OSP Fiber Build QC Supervisors to support underground wireline fiber construction projects across Texas. This role focuses on quality control, field supervision, and oversight of fiber installation and restoration on active construction sites. This position is well-suited for experienced fiber construction professionals seeking a hands‑on QC supervisory role with long‑term stability and growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise QC activities on underground fiber construction projects Direct, coordinate, train, and monitor crews and subcontractors Ensure proper fiber placement, repair, and site restoration Verify work complies with contract requirements, safety standards, and production goals Maintain daily production reports and required documentation Inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment for safety and compliance Participate in operational and customer coordination calls Resolve field, customer, and restoration issues Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners Required Qualifications Strong fiber build experience Wireline OSP construction experience required (wireless‑only experience not considered) Construction Engineering background or equivalent field experience 5+ years in telecommunications or utility construction/maintenance Preferred Qualifications Prior QC, inspection, or supervisory experience CDL preferred Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors Tools & Technology Underground fiber infrastructure Utility trucks and construction equipment Hand tools and safety equipment Construction management software Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applications Field‑based role on active construction sites Work performed in varying weather conditions After‑hours, weekend, emergency, or on‑call work as required #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company
