In this role, you will work closely with contractor customers and internal teams to support the proper installation, startup, commissioning, and ongoing success of Trane VRF and ductless products.What you will do:Participate in VRF/Ductless post sales product success.Monitor, and measure process and process measurements to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs in regard to all post sales ductless activity including but not limited to startup and beyond.Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers, and co-workers.Provide commercial and high-level technical product sales training to area office personnel and customers as required.Conduct field training of customers in the install and troubleshooting of VRF and Ductless products.Able to troubleshoot VRF and Ductless products.Assist customers in the startup and commissioning of VRF and ductless products.Build consultative relationships and trust with owners and contracting customers.Support area office performance by coaching sales personnel in competent VRF product sales, application, and customer support.Administration of warranty process and all post sales activity for ductless business.Participate in Mitsubishi DSG program as a representative for your area/region.Work with submittals and equipment selections to support internal and external business processesProactively communicate with all stakeholders while working with various projects and keep detailed reportsEngage and build relationships with various resources throughout METUS and TraneWhat you will bring:Minimum of 2-5 years of VRF Experience.Working knowledge of all facets of construction including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, etc. preferred.Must be able to travel throughout assigned territoryGreat public speaking and presenting experience is requiredDaily travel is required, with up to 20% of overnight travel.Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$78,406.66 - $109,479.99Compensation Type:SalaryIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.Paid time off includes 15 vacation days, 9 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Safety Sensitive Role:NoThe company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
