About this role

Join a long-term data center build in Hubbard, TX as an Electrician Foreman. This is a hands-on leadership role running daily electrical work on a 1.5-2 year project with a steady 60-hour workweek and travel per diem provided. Orientation will be held at 104 N Magnolia Ave, Hubbard, TX 76648. You will lead and manage an on-site crew, coordinate installation of distribution and medium-voltage systems, and ensure work follows drawings and project schedules. The role requires strong field leadership, clear communication with trades and supervision, and proven experience on commercial construction or data center electrical projects.

What you'll do

• Lead, assign and supervise daily electrical crew tasks; enforce safety and quality standards
• Install and maintain distribution equipment, medium-voltage terminations, and overcurrent devices
• Read and apply technical drawings and blueprints to plan conduit runs and large-cable pulls
• Oversee installation and maintenance of standby and emergency power systems
• Coordinate with other trades and project supervision to meet schedule and sequencing
• Document daily progress, report issues to project management, and manage material/crew needs

What we're looking for

• Journeyman electrician with prior foreman-level field experience on commercial or data center projects
• Proven experience with medium-voltage work, distribution equipment, and overcurrent device selection/installation
• Skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience pulling conduit and large cables and planning pull sequences
• Strong leadership and team management skills with clear verbal and written communication
• Experience installing and maintaining standby/emergency systems and commercial electrical services

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician credential/license
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety training preferred
• NFPA 70E or arc-flash awareness training preferred
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
