We are hiring Cable Tray Installers to support a large-scale data center construction project in Hubbard, TX. Candidates will be responsible for installing and supporting cable tray systems used for power and low-voltage/data cabling throughout the facility.

This is a great opportunity for construction professionals with experience working in data centers, commercial construction, electrical construction, or cable tray installation .

Responsibilities

• Install cable tray systems according to construction drawings and project specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and secure cable tray sections
• Install cable tray supports, brackets, hangers, and associated hardware
• Assist with layout and installation of tray pathways throughout the data center
• Work with electricians and other construction trades to coordinate installations
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform material handling and staging as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms when required
• Follow instructions from foremen and project supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous experience with cable tray installation preferred
• Data center or commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Experience with electrical, low-voltage, structured cabling, or industrial construction is a plus
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and layouts
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work at heights and in an active construction environment
• Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Ability to lift and move construction materials
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
