Part-Time Operational Assistant

Holy Family Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and professional Part-Time Operational Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' administrative/office experience, property/rental office experience, proficient with computer and Microsoft Office programs, and experience with property management software is preferred. A valid PA driver's license and active insurance is required for travel between facilities may be required. Primary job duties include:

Process rental applications as quickly and efficiently as possible

Assist Property Managers with tenant recertification and track all verifications

Answering phones, sorting mail and faxing to Property Manager remote offices as needed

Collecting and complete processing of rent payments

Maintaining office supplies for the Property management office

Prepare and update reports, schedule meetings, assist with file maintenance, and manage incoming and outgoing mail

Performing interoffice duties and mail outgoing correspondence at the end of the day as need

Provide operational support at Housing communities during property manager vacations or temporary absences to ensure continuity of service for residents and applicants
