The successful Sales Manager will lead commercial growth by developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market share, and driving profitable sales within an assigned territory. This leader will partner closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to deliver responsive service, identify new business opportunities, and execute commercial strategies that support long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow strategic customer relationships while expanding existing business and securing new opportunities
• Lead pricing, quotations, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements to maximize profitable growth
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• Identify market trends and business opportunities that support revenue growth and increased market share
• Resolve customer issues while serving as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts

Core Requirements:

• Proven experience blending B2B technical sales with a consultative selling approach
• Demonstrated success generating new strategic customers while managing existing accounts
• Ability to travel

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Success managing large territories
