Recruiting Team Leader (Senior Recruiter)

As a Senior Technical Recruiter/Team Lead , you will be responsible for both individual recruiting production and supporting the day-to-day success of your recruiting team . You will partner closely with Sales and Divisional Leadership to prioritize hiring needs, drive recruiting activity, and help the team consistently deliver qualified talent. Recruiting Responsibilities Source, engage, screen, and recruit qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and strategies Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, from initial outreach through offer Present qualified candidates to hiring managers Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines Partner with Sales and Leadership to understand hiring priorities and execute recruiting strategies Help establish daily recruiting priorities with Sales and Divisional Leadership Troubleshoot challenging job orders and help develop creative recruiting solutions Support recruiting process consistency and accurate ATS activity Serve as a liaison between recruiters, Sales, and Leadership Proven success in recruiting, staffing, or a similar talent acquisition environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong coaching and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with KPIs, goals, and performance expectations As an employee-owner at Sterling, you’ll have opportunities to participate in our ESOP, earn competitive commissions and incentives, receive ongoing professional development, and continue building your career within a growing organization.
