Summary The Client Advisor acts as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while maximizing individual and team sales. The role focuses on personalized service, building long term client relationships, and supporting the omnichannel customer journey on the shop floor. Advisors are expected to meet sales targets, maintain high visual and operational standards, and represent the brand professionally at all times. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and provide excellence in customer service following the client journey ceremony. Capture and update customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities. Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual KPIs. Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience. Maintain product and brand knowledge, stay informed on fashion trends and competitors. Uphold shop floor and visual display standards, follow stock procedures, and contribute to loss prevention. Address customer complaints effectively, escalating to the line manager when necessary. Requirements Passion for selling and proven experience building long lasting client relationships. Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. Result driven, resilient, ambitious, and comfortable with goal oriented sales environment. Product category knowledge and willingness to learn brand standards and procedures.
