In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various virtual training programs and events, as well as providing support to our team of trainers and coaches.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement virtual training programs for gamers of all levelsCoordinate and schedule training sessions, tournaments, and other eventsCommunicate with trainers, coaches, and participants to ensure a smooth and successful training experienceMaintain and update training materials and resourcesAssist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our virtual training programs and eventsMonitor and track participant progress and provide feedback to trainers and coachesStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the eSports industry to continuously improve our virtual training offeringsCollaborate with other team members to identify and implement new training opportunitiesRequirements:Associates or Bachelor's Degree in eSports Management, Sports Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the eSports industryStrong understanding of various eSports games and their competitive scenesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Discord, and TwitchPassion for gaming and a desire to help others improve their skillsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as neededWhy Work for Us:Be a part of a dynamic and growing organization at the forefront of the eSports industryWork remotely from the comfort of your own homeCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity for career growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive team environmentPay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experienceTraining Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completionWork Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health, Dental & Vision CoverageHome Office Setup: Company-provided workstation and equipmentGrowth Opportunities: Internal promotion and career development support
