About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams, with a strong focus on servant leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, particularly in food, beverage, or premium dairy manufacturing, and a deep passion for sustainability and organic food systems. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations at the company include serving as the strategic and cultural anchor for all manufacturing and operations, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality organic products, and strengthening financial performance.
