About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead the strategic development and execution of quality capabilities that are integral to the business's growth, operational excellence, and consumer trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and advancing the quality strategy across the enterprise, ensuring that quality is a trusted steward of consumer safety, product quality, and brand reputation. This leadership role demands a professional with a minimum of 15 years of progressive quality leadership experience, a strong background in quality systems, and a proven track record of leading multi-site quality organizations. The Vice President of Quality will be a key partner to various cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Innovation, R&D, and Commercial, and must be adept at influencing executive and cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates for the Vice President of Quality position at the company should hold a BS or MS degree in a relevant scientific discipline, with an advanced degree preferred. Technical expertise in areas such as cGMPs for dietary supplements and/or over-the-counter drugs, food safety systems, and Lean principles is essential. The role requires a leader with superior communication, change management, and operational excellence skills, who can foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, be adept at building effective cross-functional partnerships, and be committed to the values of the company, including authenticity, diversity, and inclusivity.
