You Have:10+ years of experience spanning capital planning, infrastructure project studies, and business process evaluationsExperience leading end-to-end current-state assessments and designing practical future-state business processes for capital programs or infrastructure organizationsExperience developing and maintaining policies, SOPs, process maps, project-management templates, role definitions, and governance documentationExperience facilitating requirements workshops and working sessions with leaders, technical staff, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience identifying process bottlenecks, organizational handoffs, resource constraints, and technology or data dependencies and recommending implementable improvementsExperience supporting capital planning and project implementation activities within an infrastructure environmentAbility to work on-site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VAAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience with wastewater, water, or other public-utility capital improvement programsExperience integrating CIP planning and project closeout with asset management practicesExperience analyzing or redesigning PMIS, ERP, or other capital-project workflowsExperience supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based trainingExperience defining KPIs, accountability mechanisms, and consultant or contractor performance-review processesKnowledge of CIP prioritization, capital budgeting, resource planning, business cases, and project-delivery-method decisionsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field a plusLean Six Sigma, CBAP, BPM, Prosci, or comparable process-improvement or change-management certificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
